This light has been amazing for my business and content! I will be getting another one larger soon for indoor wall.
Great product
Your colors are terrible. Some parts are orange and you’re red is not even a good red. Your red is orange. Look at the other companies color so much better yours is the worst and I gave you four signs and I gave other companies only one sign your company is the worst and most expensive and now you won’t give me credit. I do not recommend you. You have cheated me.
Easy to work with!
We love our sign, it looks amazing. Thank you so much. Looking forward to working with you again soon.
Designs came out very nice. Everything looks clean now. Let’s see how the test of time works, but so far pretty good.
Started a business for my son , and ordered him the neon sign. He loves it !!
Absolutely love the quality and the beautiful colors. We are building the room for it to go in so right now it is boxed to protect it Would love to add photos later
Loved the sign. Looks great in the new shop.
👌
Sign fits perfectly in the refreshed waiting room
Perfect!!!
Looks like something a kindergarten kid made. The mock up they did looked terrific. The actual... is trash. Use a different vendor is my recommendation!
What a great design. I gave them my idea and the rest was them. I absolutely love my neon sign. Thanks again.
Perfect, timely, awesome work

I really love the neon lighting and enjoyed the overall experience! A lot of people have complimented the background and the beautiful scenery. Everything looks amazing, and I highly recommend this to other people. It is so good that it easily deserves a 5-star rating!

Love it! So many compliments on our mobile donut trailer!
It's a great sign
The signed arrived looking like the preview. Very happy. The remote didn't come with a battery and after buying batteries it did not work. The key chain gift was appreciated. I will purchase in the future.
Absolutely love it. Thank you so much. It captures my brand perfectly. Luxury drone Solutions. Perfect in my studio. Thank you so much. Brad Cirincion Owner Luxury Drone Solutions LLC.
Very nicely done, but could be better constructed. Not easy to hang on the wall of our business, should have better (industrial grade) wall mount kit. Also, the wiring could be done to a higher quality and design. Overall a good value but would pay more if better built.
We love them

Additional Information
What's the turn around time?
All around, we ask for 1-2 weeks to receive your sign from the day you place your order. That’s 3-5 days to manufacture & quality test your order before we ship it out, and once dispatched, it typically takes 3-9 days to arrive at your door.
We can also have the sign to you, in a slightly shorter time (1 weeks) for rushed orders. Send us an email at contact@one-neon.com to let us know you wish to place it on the rush list.
Who are we and what we do?
We provide high-quality LED lights and signs at the most competitive prices available in the US, AU & UK markets. ONE Neon™ offers a diverse range of neon signs across various price points. Our extensive selection includes over 20 collections tailored for different business sectors such as bars, restaurants, beauty salons, hair salons, coffee shops, gym studios, and more.
Additionally, we offer distinctive signs perfect for decorating parties, weddings, and special events. Our LED signs are designed to instantly brighten and transform any dull or uninspiring space!
Why can't apply the layout I want?
The DESIGN YOUR OWN customizer presents computer generated mock-ups that might not allow you to achieve your desired layout. If this is the case, please send us an email at contact@one-neon.com with your specifications and what you are trying to achieve and one of our lovely designers will have that design mocked-up and priced in no time.
Which is better LED or Glass neon?
LED Neon:
- Energy Efficiency: LED neon is much more energy-efficient than traditional glass neon, consuming less power.
- Durability: It's more durable and less fragile, which makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
- Flexibility: LED neon is flexible and can be shaped into various designs more easily than glass neon.
- Cost: Generally, LED neon is more affordable, both in terms of initial cost and maintenance.
- Safety: It doesn’t use high voltage, making it safer to handle and install.
Glass Neon:
- Brightness: Glass neon tends to be brighter and can produce more intense colors.
- Authenticity: It has a classic, vintage appeal that some people prefer for its aesthetic and nostalgic value.
- Longevity: When properly maintained, glass neon can last a long time, but it’s more fragile and susceptible to breaking.
- Customization: Glass neon offers a high level of customization in terms of color and design, but it requires skilled craftsmanship.
Ultimately, if you’re looking for something more durable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective, LED neon might be the better choice. If you prefer the traditional look and are okay with the higher maintenance, glass neon might be the way to go.
Why do the words go to the line / why dose the size jump up?
Since the online customizer is a computer program, it considers minimum sizes and restrictions of Neon signs making. It probably means that we cannot fit the number of words or letters you want in the size you want. While the program is mostly correct, there might be ways we can help you make your sign in a slightly larger size rather than jump a full size up. So if you find yourself not managing to get the size you want, please send us an email at contact@one-neon.com with your specifications and what you are trying to achieve and one of our lovely designers will have that design mocked-up and priced in no time.
